Sai Vishal is an experienced professional with a background in human resources, project management, stakeholder management, and customer service. Currently pursuing an MSc in data science at the University of East London, Sai has a total of 6.93 years of experience in various roles at Amazon, where he has efficiently handled multiple projects with complex data to deliver positive results. As a Case Manager at Amazon, Sai is responsible for reviewing cases for eligibility, determining the appropriate leave and/or disability pay benefits for a specific situation, and providing guidance to employees or managers on leave of absence, disability plan, accommodation, human resources, benefits, or employee matters.
